Recruitment Consultant

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Reports to: Team Leader/Resource Manager/Head of Delivery

ROLE SUMMARY

Your main role as a Recruitment Consultant within Deploy is to resource appropriate candidates for key client requirements and deliver key support to clients. You will be supported to learn and grow your knowledge on delivering a high level of service to both our clients and candidates within a business that has a great workplace culture and prides itself on really taking care of our staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ideal; you will have a minimum 18 months recruitment experience preferably in either Mechanical & Electrical or Civils within the Rail & Infrastructure sectors. However individuals from similar sectors such as Construction, Civil Engineering and Energy will be considered. We are happy to upskill and train those will to learn a new market.

  • Identifying candidates through job boards, CRM, and sector specific social media groups
  • Business Development – through telephone calls, email / targeted marketing campaigns, meetings, networking & LinkedIn
  • Qualifying roles with clients
  • Writing job adverts
  • Screening candidates
  • Taking details and candidate references
  • Interview management – arranging and client / candidate preparation
  • Dealing with candidate pay queries and liaising with payroll and compliance to resolve these issues
  • Adding relevant information onto the CRM
