Mechanical Supervisor

Specializing in Data Centers, Education, Healthcare, and Life Sciences, our client is actively seeking a forward-thinking and ambitious Mechanical Supervisor for an exciting Data Center project.

Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Supervisor:

Oversee Site QA in collaboration with the Mechanical Package Manager, managing the setup, execution, and closure of files.

Coordinate and manage the Project Schedule, aligning with other trades, Package Leads, consulting Engineers, and client requirements.

Assist in managing all costs related to your package, including subcontractors, material deliveries, plant and equipment, variations, and valuations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Direct day-to-day on-site operations:

Supervise sub-contractor activities, ensuring progress aligns with the schedule and tracking manpower levels. Conduct weekly minute meetings with sub-contractors and submit hours for centralized tracking.

Attend various meetings, including Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings, and Handover Meetings.

Ensure the comprehensive closure of all project items with the support of the Mechanical Package Manager, including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, and QA File.

Salary Range: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
