Deploy are dealing with a fantastic client of ours who are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Site Manager to join their team in , South London, on a major utilities project.

The company that we are currently liaising with are one of the most established M&E Rail and Utilities contractors within London and have a brilliant reputation within the industry. The business are very busy across their main sector that is predominantly utilities. With a company turnover of fifty million pounds this is a brilliant chance to progress with a business that looks after their staff long term.

Duties

• Reporting into a Project Manager

• Overseeing large smoke extract on tunnels, pumped drainage and AC

• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office

• Dealing with sub contractors

• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time

• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports

• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

• SSSTS/ ECS Black Card

• Working for a M&E sub – contractor is preferred

• Has experience within commercial projects

• Previous experience as a mechanical supervisor
