Mechanical Construction Manager

Role – Mechanical Construction Manager

Contract – 6 months initially

Project – Large Healthcare Facility

Location – Close to Bristol

Rate – £250pd – £300pd

Our client are looking for a Mechanical Manager to assist in pushing a large healthcare project onto achieve PC. They have a full order book for this area of the country and would be keen to take this manager onto further projects but as a permanent employee.

Role requirements –

• To liaise with the Mechanical engineers and operatives, overseeing the installation of the mechanical services and associated defects.
• Assist in the management of commissioning engineers and B<S engineers.
• Work alongside existing project manager and mechanical supervisor.
• Check drawing revisions and monitor ‘as-installed’ systems against latest drawings.
• Provide support operational support to engineering team (attending progress and commissioning meetings).I

This is an urgent requirement with a starter required asap.
