Electrical Project Manager

Health Care Facility – South London

Contract – £400pd – Outside IR35

Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee electrical project through to PC.

– Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

– Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success

– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines

– Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards

– Provide technical guidance and support to project team members

– Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role

– Experience working on large scale projects.

– Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes

– Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control
