Job Title: HR Admin

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level HR Admin to join our team in the Admin & Secretarial industry. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Skills:

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

– Basic knowledge of human resources practices and procedures

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment processes such as job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

2. Maintain employee records by ensuring accurate data entry into HR systems.

3. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and offer letters.

4. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.

5. Support employee offboarding process by updating records, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating exit formalities.

6. Assist with benefits administration tasks including enrollment processing and answering employee inquiries.

7. Maintain accurate attendance records for payroll processing purposes.

8. Assist with performance management processes by tracking performance reviews schedules and maintaining related documentation.

9. Coordinate training programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, preparing materials, etc.

10.Assist employees with general inquiries related to policies/procedures or escalate them appropriately.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required for entry-level positions.

2.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently when needed.

3.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy under pressure.

4.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach towards resolving issues efficiently.

Note: This is a full-time position, and the employee will be required to work standard working hours as per company policies.
