Care Managers Ltd is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Sheffield area. You’ll be supporting individuals to live independently while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing in their everyday lives.

Available Shifts:

• Morning shifts

• Afternoon shifts

• Night shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care and emotional support

• Managing and administering medication safely

• Building positive and trusting relationships

• Supporting individuals with appointments and community activities

• Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a clean environment

• Supporting with cooking, meal preparation, and shopping

Applicants should have the following qualities:

• A positive and respectful approach to others

• Good communication and listening skills

• A friendly, patient, and approachable nature

• Good written skills and attention to detail

• Experience supporting others (preferred but not essential)

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

• DBS registered on the Update Service

• Mandatory training completed within the last 12 months
