Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Kinloss, Scotland.
The Handyman will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing properties, ensuring a safe and functional environment for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and facilities
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and clients
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
You Will Need:
- Basic knowledge of building and construction principles
- Previous experience in a handyman or maintenance role is an advantage but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
