The Opportunity
With BIG growth plans ahead…We are looking for a very talented, experienced, passionate Social Media Specialist to join our Social Media team. With detailed experience & understanding on all social platforms, you thrive off bringing creative ideas to the table, staying on top of the latest social trends and are confident in identifying what makes a positive impact on Social Media. You understand the BABYBOO brand and aesthetic, and you demonstrate exceptional organisational skills with an eagerness to learn and collaborate.
You will
- Own Multi-Platform Strategy: Lead the growth and content planning for LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube to expand our digital footprint.
- Drive Innovation: Scout viral concepts and “out of the box” ideas for BAU, campaigns, and shoots to ensure BABYBOO remains a trendsetter.
- Create Captivating Content: Plan and execute innovative social concepts, including in-house TikTok series and product-focused content.
- Lead Event Coverage: Attend brand and team events to capture high-energy content and direct videographers/photographers on-site.
- Master Video Editing: Own the creation of launch videos, BTS (behind the scene) reels, and event recaps, working closely with the creative team.
- Analyze & Optimize: Monitor KPIs and deliver deep-dive performance reports to suggest reactive and strategic solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with the Social Manager, Influencer team, and Creative team to ensure brand alignment and social excellence.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Lead the monitoring of pop culture, competitor trends, and emerging social opportunities to fuel growth.
You are
- Experience in a similar social media role with a proven track record of hitting growth targets.
- .You have video editing skills (specifically CapCut) and a natural eye for high-quality fashion aesthetics.
- You live and breathe social media trends and have a knack for identifying what makes a positive impact online.
- You possess exceptional organisational skills and can manage complex content schedules and concept decks.
- You thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and can pivot quickly to meet critical deadlines.
- You are a driven team player who loves “growth hacking” and contributing to a high-energy team culture.
- You can anticipate potential hurdles in content production and provide creative, effective solutions.
- Preferably, you hold an undergraduate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Communications
