This position is essential for ensuring financial stability and compliance, as well as providing strategic insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the building and construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
