UK Demonstration Incentive Promotion Terms & Conditions

About the Promotion

This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero). 

During the Promotion Period, an Eligible Participant that books and completes an Eligible Demo Meeting within 48 hours of the time of booking will receive the Reward (Promotion).

This Promotion will take place from 28 November and conclude at 11.59pm on 31 December (Promotion Period).

Who is an Eligible Participant?

To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:

• have directly received communication of this offer either via phone or email from an Employment Hero representative;
• be aged 18 years or over;
• be an authorised representative of a business registered and operating in the United Kingdom; and
• have authority to attend a demonstration of Employment Hero’s products and services on behalf of that business,(Eligible Participant).

How to qualify for the Promotion?

To qualify for the Promotion, the Eligible Participant must:

1. First agree to a demo:
   • You must have already agreed to attend a live product demonstration (demo) with an Employment Hero representative before being told about the Reward.
   • The Reward cannot be used as an incentive to get you to agree to a demo in the first place.
2. Initially request a time beyond 48 hours:
   • When you book the demo, your first requested demo time must be more than 48 hours from the time of booking.
3. Reschedule into the 48-hour window:
   • After being informed of this Promotion, you must agree to move the demo to a new time that is within 48 hours of the time of the original booking (an “Eligible Demo Meeting”).
4. Attend and complete the Eligible Demo Meeting:
   • You must attend and complete the Eligible Demo Meeting at the agreed date and time with an Employment Hero sales representative; and
   • The Eligible Demo Meeting must be completed in full, to Employment Hero’s reasonable satisfaction, during the Promotion Period.

If you cancel, fail to attend, or reschedule the Eligible Demo Meeting to a time outside the 48-hour window, you will not qualify for the Reward.

How to enter

To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Participant must:

• schedule a demo with an Employment Hero representative during the Promotion Period;
• initially request a demo time beyond 48 hours of the time of booking;
• after being informed of the Promotion, confirm a new demo time within 48 hours of the time of booking; and
• attend and complete that Eligible Demo Meeting during the Promotion Period.

No separate entry form is required.

Eligible Demo Meeting

A demo will be an Eligible Demo Meeting if it:

Reward

• An Eligible Participant who completes an Eligible Demo Meeting in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive a GBP £50 digital gift card (Reward), redeemable at participating retailers (for example, selected online retailers such as Amazon, and other participating stores).
• Unless Employment Hero agrees otherwise in writing, there is a limit of one Reward per business for the Promotion Period.
• The Reward will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the Eligible Participant within a reasonable time after completion and verification of the Eligible Demo Meeting (usually within 30 days).

Other Terms and Conditions that apply

• Standard Employment Hero platform terms and conditions and any applicable sales or service terms apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• Use of the Reward is subject to the third-party provider of the Reward’s own terms and conditions. Employment Hero is not responsible for the availability or functioning of the gift card or the participating retailers.
• Employment Hero reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim the Reward (or seek reimbursement of its value) if it reasonably believes:
  • the Eligible Demo Meeting criteria have not been met;
  • the Promotion has been abused, manipulated, or used in bad faith; or
  • incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information has been provided.

Any personal data collected during this Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:

• technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
• theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
• entries or bookings that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives them) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
• variation in Reward value, description or availability from that stated in these terms; or
• tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.

You are responsible for any tax consequences (including the payment of any taxes) that may arise from receiving the Reward.
