Promotion Details
Eligible Referrers | SMEs in the UK. |
Promotion Incentive | A 2-hour payroll consultation with the Head of Payroll Ninjas (Payroll Consultation), and £5,000 in the form of a prepaid debit card. Any applicable taxes or charges are the responsibility of the winner. |
Promotion Period | Between 1 August 2025 and Until 31 October 2025. Entries close at 11.59pm BST on 31 October 2025. |
Eligibility Criteria | To be eligible for the Promotion Incentive, you must:Be based in the UK; Enter the competition via the designated landing page;Not be an existing Employment Hero customer;Create an Employment Hero account;Submit full business details; and run a valid pay run by 31 October 2025. |
Conditions | The winner must: Participate in a case study (written and/or filmed via Google Meet/Zoom); Provide informed, written consent for the use of their name, business name, likeness and testimonial for promotional purposes; and Schedule the Payroll Consultation as 1 x 2 hour session or 2 x 1 hour sessions, agree that the scheduling will be subject to the Head of Payroll Ninja’s availability; and the payroll consultation must be scheduled before 1/4/2026. |
About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) of 10 John St, London WC1N 2EB and its affiliates (Employment Hero) and is governed by these Terms and Conditions (Promotion Terms).
- Employment Hero is offering Eligible Referrers the opportunity to receive the Promotion Incentive (Promotion).
- The Promotion is available for the Promotion Period, and is subject to Employment Hero’s standard platform terms and policies.
How to Enter
- To be enter this Promotion, and Eligible Participant must:
- Visit the unique competition landing page https://employmenthero.com/uk/free-payroll-prize-entry
- Complete the entry form;
- Create an Employment Hero account;
- Submit full business details; and
- Run a valid pay run by 11:59pm BST on 31 October 2025.
Winner Selection
- The winner of the Promotion Incentive will be selected at random using an independent process on 5 November 2025.
- The winner will be notified via email using the details provided during entry within 7 days of the draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Employment Hero reserves the right to select another winner.
- These Promotions Terms and the entitlement to any Promotion Incentive are subject to any Conditions as set out in the Promotion Details.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data collected during this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition, contacting winners, and (where consent is provided) for marketing communications and case study publication.

Liability
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged, misdirected (whether or not occurring after Employment Hero receives it) or otherwise not received or processed adequately, due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
- variation in Promotion Incentive value, description or variation of the Promotion Incentive due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
- Charges or tax implications incurred by an Eligible Referrer.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
General Terms
- Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
- The Promotion Incentive is not transferable to any other products or cash.
- The Promotion Incentive is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Promotion Incentive’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Any terms defined in these Promotional Terms (including in the Promotions Details) will have the meaning given to them here.
- Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference in these Promotion Terms to dollars or £ refers to British pounds.
- Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
