March 2025 Referral Promotion

Promotion Details

1. All UK Referral Partners at the Silver, Gold and Hero tiers are Eligible Referrers.

2. Eligible Referrers will receive a 30% commission on the first-year ARR of Qualified Referrals submitted during the Promotion Period. This is instead of the standard commission rate that applies to their partner tier.

3. The Promotion Period is between 3 March 2025 and 31 March 2025

4. To qualify for the Promotion Incentive, the referral must:

4.1 Be submitted within the Promotion Period (3 March 2025 – 31 march 2025); and

4.2 Convert to a successfully closed won deal (a Qualified Referral) within 12 months of the expiry of the Promotion Period (it does not need to close within the Promotion Period).

About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero) and is governed by these Terms and Conditions (Promotion Terms).

2. Employment Hero is offering Eligible Referrers the opportunity to receive the Promotion Incentive (Promotion).

3. The Promotion is available for the Promotion Period, and is subject to our Referral Terms.

Eligibility Criteria

1. To be eligible for the Promotion Incentive, you must be an Eligible Referrer and satisfy the Eligibility Criteria.

2. In addition to meeting the Eligibility Criteria, referrals must be Qualifying Referrals to be considered as part of the Promotion.

3. Qualifying Referrals made after the Promotion Period ends will not be eligible for the Referral Incentive under these Promotion Terms.

Promotion Incentive

1. Entitlements to the Promotion Incentives will be calculated on an ongoing basis, upon conversion of the Qualified Referral, providing it was submitted during the Promotion Period. To receive the Promotion Incentive, the referral may convert to a Qualified Referral during the Promotion Period or at a later period (as indicated under the Eligibility Criteria) and you will be notified of your entitlement to the Promotion Incentive by Employment Hero in the Partner Report received within 14 days of the end of the quarter of which the referral was successfully closed.

2. Where you are entitled to the Promotion Incentive, it will be payable during our usual commission schedules, which are paid out quarterly in arrears. For more details, refer to our Referral Terms.

3. These Promotions Terms and the entitlement to any Promotion Incentive are subject to any Conditions as set out in the Promotion Details.

Referral Terms continue to apply

1. These Promotion Terms are ‘Additional Terms’ for the purpose of our Referral Terms and are intended to supplement our Referral Terms.Our Referral Terms will continue to apply to Eligible Referrers.

Liability

1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:

1.1 technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);

1.2 theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

1.3 entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged, misdirected (whether or not occurring after Employment Hero receives it) or otherwise not received or processed adequately, due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;

1.4 variation in Promotion Incentive value, description or variation of the Promotion Incentive due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
Charges or tax implications incurred by an Eligible Referrer.

General Terms

1. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.

2. Qualified Referrals made after termination of this Promotion will not be eligible for Promotion Incentives.

3. The Promotion Incentive is not transferable to any other products or cash.

4. The Promotion Incentive is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Promotion Incentive’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Any terms defined in these Promotional Terms (including in the Promotions Details) will have the meaning given to them here. Any terms that are defined in our Referral Terms that are used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Referral Terms.

6. Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference in these Promotion Terms to dollars or $ refers to Australian dollars.

7. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
