Scope of our Managed Delivery Implementation Services in all of our regions.
The terms and scope of services below govern the provision of the Managed Delivery Implementation Services by Employment Hero Pty Ltd, its relevant affiliate, or its trusted Partners, and apply in conjunction with the Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms or policies.

Managed Delivery – HR Implementation Services – Asia Pacific

In-scope services | The services that are ‘in-scope’ for our Managed Delivery tier of HR Implementation services includes the following: • communication with you during the project lifecycle; • discovery and kick-off calls; • requirements gathering; • employee data transformation; • supporting the set-up of HR custom security settings; • HR onboarding and offboarding checklists; • HR certification settings; supporting the set-up of HR teams internal system testing; and • providing pre-recorded training videos. |
Out-of-scope services | Services that are out-of-scope include: • changing platform subscription plan; • HR documents (Contract Templates, HR Documents, etc); • setting up HR Learning Management System (LMS); • setting up the HR Recruitment module (hiring stages, connecting to Seek, etc.); • setting up HR Performance, 1:1 Meeting & 360 Review templates; • setting up HR workflows; creating Rosters/Roster Templates; • re-configuration of the platforms post-Stage 3; • uploading historical data; and • anything else that is not listed under ‘In-scope services’. |
Additional Fees | • Services required beyond the Max Term as a result of your business changes, conduct or fault are charged at AUD $280+GST per hour (or the local equivalent or at some other rate agreed upon between you and us). • Any out of scope Services that are required or requested will be charged at AUD $280+GST per hour (or the local equivalent or at some other rate agreed upon between you and us). We reserve the right to determine whether these services can be provided. |
Your obligations | You must: • be actively engaged during the entire implementation process to achieve ‘go-live’ within the Max Term; • be competent with computers and windows technology; • provide the employee data in a timely manner when requested for implementation purposes; • advise your Employment Hero product specialist if you have multiple entities and more than 1 payroll account, as you may need multiple EH accounts; and • respond to requests from us within 24-48 hours. |

In-scope services | The services that are ‘in-scope’ for our Managed Delivery tier of Payroll Implementation services includes the following: • communication with you during the project lifecycle; • discovery and kick-off calls; • requirements gathering; • employee data transformation; • setting up Payroll Pay Schedules, Locations, Leave & Pay Items; • setting up Payroll Awards; • internal system testing; • supported customer payroll testing; • live Pay Run assistance; and • pre-recorded training videos. |
Out-of-scope services | Services that are out-of-scope include: • changing platform subscription plan; • creating Rosters/Roster templates; • conducting payroll integrations; • setting up payroll T&A kiosks; • re-configuration of the platforms post-Stage 3; • completion of Payroll pre-Go Live activities on behalf of the customer; • uploading historical data; and • anything else that is not listed under ‘In-scope services’. |
