Terms & Conditions
About the Promotion
1. This Hero Heights Program Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward (Promotion).
3. This Promotion runs from 20 December 2024 until 31 December 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
a) Be an existing customer (and have been an Employment Hero customer for the 12 months prior to the commencement of this Promotion);
b) Sign up to the Hero Heights Program via the web form available here; and
c) Be a registered business in Australia (Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
5. To enter, you must take part in one of the following advocate activities: a 15 minute reference call with a prospective customer, a case study interview, share your inputs and feedback in the form of a quote, statement or otherwise for PR opportunities or articles on Employment Hero’s blog, published by Employment Hero.
Reward
6. Eligible Participants who have in good faith undertook one or more advocacy activities in clause 5 (above) will receive a gift card in the following amounts, which will be sent to the Eligible Participant’s nominated email address within 14 days of the reference call completion:
a) Reference call: AUD50
b) Case study: AUD50
b) Inputs for PR opportunities or blogs: AUD50
(each, a Reward).
Rewards will be gifted in the currency of the region in which the Customer is registered as an Employment Hero Customer.
Each Eligible Participant can win a maximum of AUD800 worth of Rewards during each calendar year, no matter how many times they enter.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
7. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions may apply.
8. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
d) variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or
e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
10. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
11. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
12. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early or modify the Promotion of these terms in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
14. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
15. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
16. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.About the Promotion
