Contract Type: Seasonal
Hours: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Expected hours between 10 – 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age

we are excited to introduce The Arena – our brand-new Sports Bar at Bowleaze
Cove Holiday Park.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused team members to help bring
the atmosphere to life and deliver a fantastic experience for guests enjoying
live sport, great food, and drinks.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Arena Sports Bar Team, you’ll help create a lively and welcoming environment for
guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and helping them choose from our food and drink menu.
- Taking orders and serving drinks and food efficiently and professionally.
- Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere during live sporting events.
- Ensuring the sports bar remains clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
- Making sure every guest has a great time while watching the action.
- Processing cash and card payments accurately.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking team members who:
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Are proactive, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
