FP&A Analyst

Role Summary

To support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and senior-level reporting, working closely with the CFO and Head of FP&A to deliver timely, high-quality financial insight to internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
• Assist with month-end close, including variance analysis and performance commentary
• Assist in the preparation of management reporting packs for the leadership team and investors
• Produce financial modelling, scenario modelling and commercial analysis to support decision-making
• Support business partnering with operational teams on costs, performance, and planning
• Maintain and improve financial models, reporting templates, and data integrity
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation or process/system enhancement

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

• Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, including familiarity with accounting and data systems e.g. Power BI,
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Analytical and commercially minded
• Experience in a fast-paced or private equity backed environment
