THE ROLE
• The
Designer is a hands-on creative role within the Digital division, reporting to
the Director of Digital
• You will work closely with the Digital team and collaborate across Creative,
Client Delivery and the wider business
• This is a graphic-led role, focused primarily on show production design
including logos, posters and supporting visual assets
• You will also contribute design assets for TAG Live® and Stage Act®, ensuring
consistency across company outputs
• The role includes practical motion design capability, supporting animation
and show graphics where required
• Operate confidently within Adobe Creative Cloud workflows and
contribute to maintaining high visual standards across all outputs
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Create show
production logos and supporting graphic systems for new and existing live
entertainment concepts
• Design posters, key art and promotional materials for shows and attractions
• Develop character-led graphics and supporting visual styles for production
use
• Translate creative direction into production-ready design assets across
digital, print and large-format applications
• Maintain consistency across show and corporate outputs
• Produce motion
graphics for show promotion, digital marketing, and presentation environments
• Support animation requirements for show graphics and internal content
• Prepare structured design files optimised for motion workflows
• Collaborate with Creative and Client Delivery teams to ensure design outputs
align with project vision and commercial objectives
• Present design rationale clearly and confidently
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Contribute to innovation within the Digital division, including the
considered use of AI tools and emerging workflows
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Essential
• Significant
professional experience in a design role within entertainment, agency, brand or
digital environments, with evidence of operating at a senior level
• Strong portfolio demonstrating logos, posters, promotional graphics and
motion support work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator,
Photoshop and InDesign
• Working knowledge of After Effects and motion design principles
• Ability to translate creative briefs into polished, commercially aligned
outputs
• Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating across
multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable (But Not Essential)
• Experience
with WordPress and web design fundamentals, with basic understanding of
front-end constraints such as HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of Blender or other 3D design tools
• Experience applying AI-assisted design tools within professional workflows
• Experience working with green screen footage, keying and basic compositing
within After Effects or similar tools
• Experience within live entertainment, attractions, experiential or
hospitality sectors
• Interest in character-led or IP-driven creative development
