WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Lead, Manage & Hold Accountable

• Ensure all internal contributors understand priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and scope requirements

• Manage and develop project team members, providing guidance, feedback and performance oversight

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain momentum across each phase of delivery, ensuring clear communication and accountability

Project Planning, Coordination & Delivery Management

• Take full ownership of assigned client projects from scope confirmation through to live delivery and completion

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps

• Track progress against timelines and proactively manage dependencies

• Monitor scope changes and support budget control in partnership with senior leadership

• Ensure operational readiness prior to live launch

• Support safe, compliant and high-quality delivery

 

Client Relationship Support & Communication

• Act as the primary day-to-day operational contact for assigned clients

• Collate project data and prepare regular progress reports, tracking timelines, budgets, risks and key milestones to maintain clear communication and transparency

• Provide proactive, clear updates throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure clients understand timelines, processes, responsibilities and decision points

• Build strong, dependable partnerships rooted in clarity and responsiveness

• Identify opportunities to enhance scope and contribute to account growth

 

Team Engagement & Collaborative Workflow Management

• Foster strong communication and engagement across internal teams

• Ensure contributors feel informed, supported, and aligned

• Promote a collaborative working environment that supports quality and efficiency

• Maintain consistent engagement with project teams to ensure morale, alignment and retention remain strong, actively contributing to improved NPS outcomes

• Encourage ownership and accountability at project level

 

Issue, Risk & Escalation Management

• Identify, document, and manage risks before they impact delivery

• Maintain clear issue logs and mitigation plans

• Escalate appropriately to senior leadership with recommended solutions

• Support calm, structured problem-solving during live delivery

Reporting, Audit & Continuous Improvement

• Produce structured project reports throughout the lifecycle, including timeline tracking, budget updates, and risk status

• Lead client audits, site visits and guest experience reviews

• Capture insight from clients, teams and guests

• Contribute to strengthening internal delivery frameworks and SOPs

• Provide clear performance updates

 

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

 • Proven experience delivering live projects, events, or client-facing activations

• Strong organisational and planning capability across multi-team environments

• Experience coordinating stakeholders in fast-paced, public-facing settings

• Budget awareness and the ability to monitor cost performance

• Experience supporting and developing team members to maintain high standards, engagement and collaborative working

• Confident client communication skills with a service-led mindset

• Strong problem-solving ability and structured escalation judgement

• Positive, collaborative leadership style

• High attention to detail and personal accountability

• Commercial awareness with the ability to support account growth

• Alignment with TAG Live® values and a genuine commitment to service standards
