THE ROLE
The Business Support Partner plays a key role in supporting
the operational, administrative, and coordination needs of the business.
Working closely with departments and cross-functional teams, the role ensures
the smooth running of internal processes, project administration, and
day-to-day business operations.
This position acts as a central point of organisation and
communication, helping to maintain efficiency across projects, internal teams,
and external partners. The Business Support Partner contributes to the delivery
of TAG Live®’s creative and operational work by ensuring that administrative,
logistical, and coordination tasks are managed effectively and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide
administrative and operational support to the leadership and project
teams.
Coordinate
internal processes, documentation, and project administration to support
efficient delivery across the business.
Support
logistics coordination across projects, ensuring resources, schedules, and
operational requirements are managed effectively.
Maintain
organised records, documentation, and internal systems to support project
tracking, compliance, and reporting.
Utilise
internal systems and HR software platforms to support processes such as
background checks and compliance requirements.
Support
communication and collaboration between internal teams, external partners,
and suppliers.
Monitor
tasks and follow up on actions to ensure deadlines and deliverables are
met in time-sensitive environments.
Assist
with financial administration including raising purchase orders, tracking
budgets, and supporting expense submissions where required.
Contribute
to a positive and solution-focused working environment through proactive
problem-solving and collaboration.
Provide
general business support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the
business.
Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional
organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven
experience in logistics coordination or operational support within a
fast-paced environment.
Strong
communication abilities, both internally and externally, with the ability
to build effective working relationships.
Ability
to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under time-sensitive
conditions.
Proficiency
in business software including Microsoft Excel and Word, and Project
Management tools.
Experience
working with budgets and financial processes, including raising purchase
orders and submitting expenses.
Familiarity
with contracting processes and documentation.
Willingness
and ability to learn and utilise HR software platforms and internal
systems for compliance and operational processes.
Excellent
interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Resilience
and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
A
positive, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
