Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Carer to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. The Carer will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of their clients, while promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medication and monitor health conditions
Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in a relevant field, such as nursing assistant or home health aide
Experience working with individuals in need of care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Physical ability to lift and assist clients as needed
