Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic People&Culture Team Administrator to join our team at our Sopot studio. The most important requirement is strong English skills.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with our People & Culture team as well as the Finance team.

This is a detail-focused administrative role involving regular use of digital platforms, systems and reporting tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of data entry and administration
  • Keeping systems up to date and ensuring accuracy across all platforms
  • Preparing spreadsheets, reports and summaries as required
  • Assisting with project-based admin tasks across People & Culture
  • Auditing records and documentation
  • Elements of payroll and finance administration when required

Skills required:

  •  High attention to detail
  • Organised and efficient, with strong prioritisation skills
  • Good level of numeracy, with excellent written and spoken communication in English and Polish
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to establish good working relationships and collaborate across teams     
  • Interest in digital technology platforms and administrative systems

*Experience is not required but a willingness to learn these systems would be expected.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5.00pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break (2:00pm – 3:00pm)
