Finance Administrator (Sopot, Poland)

We are looking for a Finance Administrator with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail to join our friendly, growing Sopot Studio in Poland. This role will primarily support our UK Finance and Accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration across borders. As a main duty you would be responsible for sales invoicing.

You’ll need to be highly numerate, proficient in MS packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and demonstrate effective communication and collaborative skills as you will be liaising with both clients and colleagues across the business in the UK and Poland.

We work on our internal finance systems, and the relevant training will be given.

If you are fluent in English (written and spoken), organised and efficient Finance Assistant/Administrator looking for a role where you will be supporting a busy and professional team, we’d love to hear from you.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5.00pm plus 1-hour unpaid lunch break (2:00pm – 3:00pm).

We offer hybrid working: 4 days in Sopot Studio & 1 day work from home.
