Job Title: Company Chef

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Company Chef to join our team in the hospitality and catering industry. The ideal candidate will have mid to senior level experience and be able to cater to a restaurant with demanding clients and large groups of 100+ people. The Company Chef will lead a team of chefs and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Skills:

– Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment

– Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team

– Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques

– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

– Attention to detail and passion for creating delicious dishes

Responsibilities:

– Plan, prepare, and execute menus for daily service as well as special events

– Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

– Ensure all food safety standards are met in accordance with health regulations

– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

– Collaborate with management on menu development, cost control, and overall kitchen operations

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting

– Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required

– Knowledge of current food trends and ability to adapt recipes accordingly

– Strong communication skills both written and verbal

-Able work flexible hours including evenings, weekends,and holidays

Please note that the ability to cater to demanding clientsand large groups is essential for this role.
