Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our accommodation facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, while also managing the financial and administrative aspects of the accommodation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the accommodation
  • Manage the budget for the accommodation, including forecasting and monitoring expenses
  • Ensure that the accommodation meets all health and safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that arise
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
