The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, managing departmental operations, analyzing key performance indicators, and working closely with senior management to improve productivity and profitability.

4. Develop budgets, forecasts & financial reports to meet financial targets.

5. Collaborate with senior management on strategies to increase productivity & profitability.

6. Ensure compliance with regulations & standards.

7. Manage employee team development through coaching & mentoring.
