Role Summary:
Due to business growth and exciting opportunities ahead, we are seeking
an HR Administrator and General Business Administration Assistant to join our
team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of
the company by providing HR support and administrative support to our HR Team
and Office Manager as required.
This role would suit a highly organised and enthusiastic individual.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with HR related tasks such as assisting with the onboarding/screening process for new employees, coordinating meetings.
- Provide direct support to office manager
- Coordinating employee set up with IT, liaising with the third party IT company, including laptops and mobile phones for staff.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the office manager and other team members.
- Support the recruitment process for new employees, including posting job specs, arranging interviews and managing the process generally.
- Invoice matching and basic accounting and administration.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to ensure organised and up-to-date company information.
- Coordinate travel as required. Including booking trains, hotels, flights.
- Keep office and property supplies stocked and organised.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks which can range for booking restaurants, to coordinating staff events, printing.
Person Specification:
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate setting preferred, though not essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise, being highly organised.
- Self-starter, strong initiative and professional in their style and approach.
- Knowledgeable and confident in using Microsoft packages, in particular Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong communicator
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business Administration / Human Resources or related field is a plus).

Base salary: £27,000 – £29,000
