EH Work App and Mobile Experience
A single, smarter dashboard for the EH Work App

The EH Work App just got an upgrade with a new consolidated Home Dashboard. We’ve simplified the design, bringing personalised Quicklinks, smart search, and quick approvals right to your employees’ fingertips for a much smoother mobile experience.
Easier approvals with the new To Do Widget

- The new To Do Widget on your Home Dashboard offers one-click approval for Leave, Timesheets, and Expenses. Reduce clicks, save time, and breeze through your to-do list directly from the EH Work App Dashboard.
- We’ve also introduced a “Personal” view for employees to keep mandatory tasks front and center, while managers can now green-light Recognition Approvals on the go. It’s all about cutting through the noise so you can focus on what matters most.
EH Work App updated in Google Play Store and App Store

Update your EH Work App to get new To Do lists for both personal tasks and team approvals, plus the addition of BPAY for easier payments. We’ve even added “oops” protection with new prompts to save your work on forms!

Custom Forms Mobile Submissions

Employees can now check the status of their Custom Forms right in the EH Work app. They can see if it’s Pending, Approved, or Declined, and view all the details. No more confusion or searching for updates.

Our Expenses feature now offers automatic, real-time currency conversion. Submit expenses in any currency, no manual calculations needed, and have that be automatically converted to your organisation’s default currency for reporting. We’ve added the option to set due dates for employee certifications. The system sends an automatic reminder email one day before the due date so your employees don’t miss any important dates.

Employer of Record (EoR) portal update

Employer of Record (EOR) customers now have view-only access to EOR-assigned certifications right in the module and employee file, complete with status and expiry dates. EOR employees will see the same tag in their file.
New Burnout Management Report

Our new reporting tool gives you a clear view of who’s due for a break. With just a few clicks, you can send personalised reminders to your team to use their accrued leave. It’s a win for employee wellbeing and a win for your operational planning.

We’re making it easier to stay logged in securely by prompting users to adopt Passkeys during the account recovery process. By using your thumbprint or face scan instead of a typed password, you get top-tier security with zero memorisation.
