Role Details
DAYS AVAILABLE: Part-time (3 days per week) with opportunity for full-time hours
PAY RATE: $75k–$80k per year (pro-rata) + super + commission (based on experience)
LOCATION: Hawthorn / Brunswick
What You’ll Be Doing
Create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment where every patient feels informed, confident and cared for
– Lead the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional patient experiences
– Support and drive patient conversions, including:
– Confidently guiding patients through their treatment options
– Following up enquiries and consultations
– Helping patients feel ready to start treatment
– Work closely with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are communicated clearly and professionally
– Track and support studio performance, including bookings, starts and patient engagement
– Manage patient records, scheduling and workflows using practice management software
– Oversee inventory, ordering and studio presentation standards
– Be a positive leader for the team — setting the tone, motivating others and leading by example
What We’re Looking For
– A bubbly, energetic personality with a warm, confident communication style
– Experience in a patient-facing role where sales, bookings or conversions were part of your responsibility
– Comfort having value-based conversations about treatment, pricing and next steps
– Strong organisational and computer skills (practice management software experience is a bonus)
– A proactive, commercially aware team player who enjoys hitting goals together
– Someone who genuinely cares about patient outcomes — not just numbers
