Our mission is to help people get beautiful straight teeth in a more convenient and affordable way. And we do all of this without compromising the quality of care people receive.

Our unique service delivery approach includes in-person appointments with Oral Health Therapists, combined with our home monitoring app. That way, we only see orthodontic patients face-to-face in our stores when they need it, whilst they receive the best possible care during their time away from our stores.

We only use nationally acclaimed Australian orthodontists and premium clear aligner brands to deliver the best smiles for our patients.

About the role:

We are looking for an Oral Health Therapist to join our team in our Hawthorn Clinic to:

Work with the studio manager to perform the initial orthodontic consult and eligibility for treatment
Take X-rays and other orthodontic records
Assess the oral health of patients
Liaise with and be mentored by our local Orthodontists
Bonding of clear aligner attachments
Issuing of aligners
Managing the Dental Monitoring of our patients, responding to any clinical questions they may have

The successful applicant will:

Be a qualified dental therapist and/or dental hygienist and/or oral health therapist with current AHPRA registration and have the required formal orthodontic training
Have at least 2 years' experience with clear aligner therapy
Have an engaging and friendly personality
Have a motivated attitude with excellent communication skills
Have a high attention to detail
Provide outstanding service and care to patients
Be a great team member including working with our other amazing oral health therapist/hygienists/dental assistants
Be computer literate and confident using digital orthodontic programs

Days/Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays (If you can do alternate Saturdays, this is a bonus for us)
