Summary:

We are seeking a commercially driven and digitally confident Brand Manager to lead marketing for our Play & Events offering across our sites in Yorkshire. This full-time role is pivotal in driving ticket sales, footfall, customer engagement, and loyalty through effective channel management across PPC, paid digital, social media, website, and traditional media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing attractions or leisure-based experiences, with a focus on optimising campaigns for revenue and conversion.

Salary circa £33k for 37.5 hours per week + other benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote Play & Events activity across our sites
  • Drive ticket sales and event bookings through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels including PPC, Paid Social, email marketing and PR
  • Manage and optimise paid media performance across PPC and Paid Social platforms to maximise reach, bookings and return on investment
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and conversion
  • Lead marketing for key ticketed events including Grottos, Light Trail, Ice Rink and Garden House Parties
  • Develop campaigns that maximise bookings, capacity utilisation and overall event revenue
  • Support pricing, launch and promotional strategies for new and existing events
  • Own the Play & Events social media strategy, delivering engaging organic and paid campaigns to drive awareness and bookings
  • Create compelling marketing content including photography, video and social media assets to support campaigns and storytelling
  • Track engagement, campaign performance and audience growth across key marketing channels
  • Drive Green Card loyalty activity linked to Play & Events to increase sign-ups, engagement and repeat visits
  • Support PR activity, local awareness campaigns and partnerships
  • Contribute to award submissions where relevant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the attractions or leisure industry
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including PPC and social media advertising
  • Creative mindset with a passion for engaging audiences and driving customer loyalty
