Claims Administrator (FTC 12 months)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with great attention to detail and organisational skills, to join our friendly Claims team!

The Role

• Logging of claims via email and post (entering information onto spreadsheets and into computer systems )
• Requesting further information from customers or veterinary practices for additional information when required (via e-mail or phone)
• Matching requested information to the claims
• Allocating claims to the desired person/queue
• Assisting with queries from the business and customers
• Triaging claims
• Escalation queries
• Reporting to the team leader and collating information
• Reporting any system errors
• Working with the team leader/team to enhance processes

• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Previous admin experience
