We focus on helping our team to learn and grow and to develop their careers and become the best version of themselves.About the roleJoin Supervision Group as a Client Service Administrator / Practice Manager based in our South Perth, WA office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and office management support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.What you’ll be doing• Manage day-to-day office administration, including coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors• Provide high-level client service and be the first point of contact for enquiries• Assist with the development and implementation of office procedures and systems• Support the management team with various projects and tasks• Maintain accurate records and databases• Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong relationships with colleagues• Mentoring and supervision of office administration;• Co-ordinating the yearly annual tax return program;• Manage the ongoing workflow;• Preparing completed work for electronic signing or meetings;• Preparing new engagements/ proposals;• Onboarding new clients;• Archiving disengaged clients;• Data base management;• Co-ordinate monthly invoicing;• Arrange social events and client functions;• Establish new entities;• Manage the corporate secretarial services;• Attend to business name registrations;• Dealing with IT matters and liaising with external IT support;• Refining and improving company systems and administrative processes;• Other general administrative tasks relating to the general running of the business.What we’re looking for• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Adaptability and a proactive problem-solving mindsetWhat we offerAt Supervision Group, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment.
