Job Title: Assistant Centre Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our education and training centre in Holt, Australian Capital Territory. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the centre, provide leadership and support to staff, and maintain high standards of quality education delivery.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the Centre Manager in day-to-day operations of the centre

– Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members

– Oversee student enrolment processes and ensure accurate record keeping

– Monitor student progress and address any concerns or issues as needed

– Collaborate with instructors to develop educational programs that meet student needs

– Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment for students

Qualifications:
