Job Title: Assistant Centre Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our education and training centre in Holt, Australian Capital Territory. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the centre, provide leadership and support to staff, and maintain high standards of quality education delivery.

- Knowledge of education industry trends and best practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Centre Manager in day-to-day operations of the centre

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members

- Oversee student enrolment processes and ensure accurate record keeping

- Monitor student progress and address any concerns or issues as needed

- Collaborate with instructors to develop educational programs that meet student needs

- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment for students

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the education industry

- Experience with managing staff members
