About the role:

As an Artisan Baker, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, all highly skilled in their craft. You will support our Head Baker Roman Kucharski with creating, preparing and producing all pastries, breads and desserts for our high-volume retail operation.

About you:

You are inspired by handcrafted loaves and intricate pastries. While pastry experience is not necessary, you carry a heartfelt appreciation of beautiful baked goods and sugar art. You demonstrate a genuine desire to learn new skills from the best in the business. You possess a positive attitude and enjoy working as a member of a fast-paced, top-flight team.

• Full time – Salaried position available
• Shifts include 6pm – 2am
