Barista – Expression of Interest

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in the hospitality and catering industry. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our customers enjoy high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
• Oversee coffee machine settings and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Assist in training new staff members as required
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications:

• Barista experience preferred but not essential
• Experience in front of house roles
• Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
