Warehouse Operator – Melbourne Airport

Navia is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Forklift Operators to join our growing Melbourne Airport team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, and are looking for long-term career stability within a growing logistics and freight business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving, checking and dispatching freight
• Pick packing and inventory management
• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Maintaining accurate records and warehouse systems
• Contributing to a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For

• Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• LO Order picker Licence (desirable)
• Previous warehouse, freight or logistics experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
