About the role

You will be responsible for running full and partial residential discharge files across multiple states from instruction to settlement.

Your duties will include:

Receiving discharge instructions

Taking settlement bookings via phone

Accepting PEXA invitations / bookings

Responding to PEXA conversation

Communicating with clients, borrowers, solicitors and other lenders

Updating of internal workflow systems

Obtaining lender payout figures

Prepare discharge instructions

Preparing related documents

Receipting of security packets and audit of contents.

About you

This role requires a professional, confident and highly organised person to take ownership of discharge mortgage files.

However, the most important thing we are looking for is willingness to support the team and a positive attitude.

In addition, our ideal candidates MUST have;

•Experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of Accepting Invitations and Responding to Conversations PEXA or

​•Experience working in a customer focused, high volume processing role.

•Very high attention to detail.

•Strong problem solving skills.

•Excellent communication skills.
