Milwillah is a family owned, mixed farming business operating across New South Wales and Queensland. We are leaders in high-quality Angus and Ultrablack genetics, Merino wool, lamb production, and irrigated cotton, with a strong commitment to innovation, scale, and sustainability.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from motivated Farm Hand / Livestock Hands for our Wyseby property in Rolleston, Queensland. This is a unique opportunity to work with a family owned business, with access to large-scale livestock, cropping, and reproductive programs.

About the Role

• Manage and work with livestock

• Assisting with AI, IVF and embryo transfer programs

• Use livestock software to record livestock movements, weights, and treatments

• Paddock rotations and pasture management

• General farm duties including fencing, water runs, general maintenance/labouring

• Operate farming machinery and carry out regular maintenance

• Use of agricultural chemicals

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in livestock handling (Cattle) and farm machinery operation

• A sound knowledge and understanding of the use of Agricultural chemicals

• A current driver’s licence (HR licence preferred)

• Basic machinery experience (preferred but not essential)

• A history of being self-motivated and a reliable team player

• Ability to work unsupervised

• Good communication and team player

• Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

• A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to safe work practices
