Joblink Plus is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Website Content Officer to join our Communications team based in Tamworth.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced design and digital content professional who enjoys turning ideas into engaging, high-quality content. You’ll help bring the Joblink Plus brand to life across digital and print channels while sharing the stories, achievements and community impact of our organisation.
About the Role
Working with teams across Joblink Plus, you’ll create engaging visual and written content that supports marketing, stakeholder engagement and community awareness.
You will:
- Create high-quality graphic design assets across digital and print platforms
- Develop marketing materials, reports, presentations, social media and promotional content
- Create, update and maintain website content
- Turn ideas and project briefs into engaging visual and written communications
- Support digital communications and improvements to website content and user experience
- Identify and share organisational stories, achievements and community impact
- Provide advice on branding, design standards and content presentation
- Maintain digital assets, templates and brand resources
- Ensure communications meet brand, accessibility, privacy and organisational requirements
About You
You’re a creative professional with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing projects and priorities.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, digital content or a related field
- Strong graphic design skills across digital and print
- Experience maintaining websites using content management systems
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences
- Confidence working with stakeholders and translating their ideas into engaging content
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency with design software, digital platforms and workplace technology
- A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach
