At IQ Medical, we’re looking for a Master Data Specialist who enjoys bringing order to complexity. You’ll ensure the critical data that drives our business is accurate and reliable while partnering with teams across the organisation to improve processes, solve problems and support smarter decision-making.

While you’ll primarily work from home, you’ll regularly connect with colleagues across the business and visit our Adelaide Head Office quarterly to collaborate, build relationships and stay connected with the team.
What you’ll be doing
This is far more than a data entry role. You’ll become the trusted custodian of the information that keeps our business running smoothly.
You’ll:
- Manage product, customer, supplier, pricing, inventory and traceability master data.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our ERP and business systems.
- Support new product launches and business initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve data issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality.
- Partner with teams across Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Quality.
Your work will directly support smarter business decisions, operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
About you
You’ll ideally bring experience with ERP systems (SAGE X3 highly regarded), master data management and advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL, XML or data governance would be an advantage, but most importantly, you’re curious, organised and always looking for better ways of doing things.
