Warehouse Operative

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock
• Pack and ship orders to customers
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Perform general warehouse duties, such as cleaning and maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
