What are we looking for?

Due to continued growth, eStore Logistics is looking for multiple passionate and highly motivated Team Leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments to work in our fulfilment centers.

We require team players that possess a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and that want to grow within a supportive team. The primary objective for the Team Leader is to lead, coach and mentor a team of DC Warehouse staff to ensure that customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. Previous leadership experience, a technical mindset, accountability and the drive to want more will set you apart when applying!

What will you do?

  • Liaise with management in respect to warehouse operations.
  • Plan activities and coordinate with others autonomously to achieve results on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure others work to the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Ensure area housekeeping is of a very high standard, complete documented housekeeping inspections daily.
  • Assess customer needs effectively and weigh alternative approaches ensuring the customer is put first.
  • Ensure your work area is tidy and implement 5S principles to sustain standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is available and in good order and condition.
  • Function Assessment (Process Auditing).
  • Highlight damages and hazards to the site leadership team.
  • Actively and visibly participate in Safety Observations, Workplace Inspections and incident / hazard reporting.
  • Training Team Members with eStores standards and methods.
  • Daily Work Execution of your allocated area.
  • First level escalation and resolutions of inventory issues.
  • All inventory on site is accounted for and stored correctly physically and logically
  • Working areas are cleared and reported on daily
  • Respond to Customer Service queries promptly and with sufficient detail.
