What are we looking for?

Due to continued growth, eStore Logistics is looking for multiple passionate and highly motivated Team Leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments to work in our fulfilment centers.

We require team players that possess a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and that want to grow within a supportive team. The primary objective for the Team Leader is to lead, coach and mentor a team of DC Warehouse staff to ensure that customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. Previous leadership experience, a technical mindset, accountability and the drive to want more will set you apart when applying!

What will you do?

Liaise with management in respect to warehouse operations.
Plan activities and coordinate with others autonomously to achieve results on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure others work to the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.
Ensure area housekeeping is of a very high standard, complete documented housekeeping inspections daily.
Assess customer needs effectively and weigh alternative approaches ensuring the customer is put first.
Ensure your work area is tidy and implement 5S principles to sustain standards.
Ensure all equipment is available and in good order and condition.
Function Assessment (Process Auditing).
Highlight damages and hazards to the site leadership team.
Actively and visibly participate in Safety Observations, Workplace Inspections and incident / hazard reporting.
Training Team Members with eStores standards and methods.
Daily Work Execution of your allocated area.
First level escalation and resolutions of inventory issues.
All inventory on site is accounted for and stored correctly physically and logically
Working areas are cleared and reported on daily
Respond to Customer Service queries promptly and with sufficient detail.

Additional Requirements

Prepared to undertake any additional training to compliment the operation
