Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure the highest quality of coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop environment
  • Manage inventory and ordering of coffee and supplies
  • Develop and implement new coffee recipes and menu items
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Head Barista or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
