We’re looking for an experienced SAP Functional Support & Process Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining SAP expertise with training, business improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with Finance, Maintenance and Technical teams, you’ll play a key role in improving the way our people use SAP (S/4HANA), ensuring business processes are efficient, well documented and supported by effective training. You’ll also contribute to system enhancements and help drive user adoption of new SAP functionality, including SAP Fiori apps.

About the Role
Reporting to the Business Systems team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of our SAP environment, with a primary focus on the Finance (FI/CO) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
In this role you will:
- Design and deliver engaging SAP training programs for Finance and Maintenance users
- Develop user guides, training materials and process documentation
- Support business users through coaching, troubleshooting and refresher training
- Map and document business processes and maintain standard operating procedures
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops to support solution design and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with SAP consultants and technical specialists to implement system enhancements
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify opportunities to improve the SAP user experience through SAP Fiori apps and other enhancements
- Build strong relationships across operational, technical and business teams
What you’ll bring
You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and helping others get the most from technology, with:
- Experience working with SAP ERP, particularly Finance (FI/CO) and/or Plant Maintenance (PM).
- A passion for improving business processes and delivering practical, user-focused solutions.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and translating business needs into system improvements.
- Experience developing training, documentation or user guides that support capability and adoption.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and operational teams.
- A proactive mindset that identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications You will ideally have:
- A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, Finance or a related discipline, or
- At least four years’ experience in a similar SAP support or business systems role.
- SAP certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
