About the Role

As our Inventory Controller, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff, clients, and management to ensure stock integrity and service excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple client accounts
• Conduct regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and variance investigations
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Generate and analyse inventory reports to support decision-making
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and transport teams to ensure operational accuracy
• Maintain strong communication with clients regarding stock movements and adjustments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and inventory process optimisation

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in inventory control or stock management (3PL or warehouse environment highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
