Nestworth is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome passionate, customer-focused Client Service Managers/Associates to our Canberra Advice team. You’ll work closely with our experienced Financial Advisers in a collaborative, supportive environment that values growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Financial Adviser and their Advice pods on all facets of financial planning on both new business and ongoing service.
  • Accountability for overseeing the production of compliant financial advice and strategy presentations to clients in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Manage workflow of your offshore paraplanners and admin support team ensuring client service standards are consistently met.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and proactive communication with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or higher in Financial Planning or similar (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
