As providers of exceptional higher education, our main goal is to improve patient safety through our training; raising educational standards for the most widely requested non-surgical cosmetic procedures: injectables and cosmetic dermatology treatments.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales & Marketing Director to join our business on a maternity cover basis. This role will take ownership of core revenue-driving functions across the business, leading marketing and sales performance across our training division, as well as overseeing marketing and clinic performance across our clinic brands.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a strong marketing background alongside proven experience managing and driving team performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering commercial targets, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales, and maintaining momentum across all channels during a critical period.
Primary Responsibilities:
Commercial Delivery
- Support the delivery of overall commercial targets across training and clinic brands
- Drive revenue growth through aligned marketing and sales strategies
- Monitor performance across key metrics, including pipeline, conversion, and ROI
- Take accountability for identifying and resolving performance gaps across marketing and sales
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to the Executive Team and Board on commercial performance, risks, and opportunities
Sales Leadership & Performance
- Lead the sales and marketing team, ensuring clear targets, structure, and accountability
- Provide oversight and direction to the team on sales performance, reporting, and forecasting
- Lead and support the team in driving improvements to sales processes and conversion rates
- Coach and support team members to achieve and exceed targets
- Ensure strong alignment between sales activity and marketing campaigns
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Provide leadership and direction to the team executing marketing activity across all brands, ensuring consistency and performance
- Lead the team in driving customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns
- Monitor and optimise marketing performance, focusing on ROI and lead quality
Content & Brand Oversight
- Provide oversight and input into content strategy, supporting delivery against lead generation and brand positioning goals
- Ensure consistency and quality of messaging across all brands through team oversight
- Oversee and support campaign planning, content calendars, and execution delivered by the team
- Team Leadership & Alignment
- Provide leadership across marketing, content, and sales teams
- Ensure clear communication, priorities, and accountability across functions
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with broader business strategy

Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing and growth role
- Strong track record in delivering marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Proven experience leading and managing multi-functional teams (more than 6 individuals) across a range of responsibilities, departments, and seniority levels
- Experience managing and improving sales team performance
- Experience working across multiple brands or business units
- Background in training, education, healthcare, or service-led businesses
